In the Building: Meeting Rooms

There are four conference rooms and one seminar room in the Calit2 Building. These rooms can be reserved by building occupants as well as affiliated units on campus. There is no cost for using the meeting rooms.

Please use this site to check the availability of a meeting room and make your reservation request on-line. By going to one of the meeting rooms listed below, you can also check its availability.
 
     

  • Conference Room 3355

    Located on the third floor, this room has a large conference table that seats up to 12.

  • Conference Room 3414

    Located on the third floor next to the kitchen, this room has a large conference table that seats up to 12.

  • Conference Room 4506

    Located on the fourth floor, this room has a large conference table that seats up to 12.

  • Seminar Room 3008

    This well-lit room offers views of the computer and engineering quad. Fully equipped with reconfigurable tables and chairs. Seating for approximately 50.
