Design & The Anthropocene

Title: Design & The Anthropocene
Event Date: 12/4/2015 - 12/4/2015

Calit2 Building Auditorium

This experimental conference brings together scholars working across the boundaries of the humanities, sciences, arts, and engineering in response to the design challenges of the anthropocene, an emerging concept for a geological age marking the fundamental influence of human activities on our planet.

Join us for keynotes, panels, and participatory design activities that blend together approaches and insights from across the academy in order to frame new questions and develop new methodologies that help us respond to the enduring legacies of humankind.

A free event, however registration is required.
