Those who are motivated to share and learn about the latest in disaster resilience are encouraged to register for this February 12 symposium.
The CalIT2 Symposium on Disaster Resilience: Data Driven Insurability is a full-day event on Thursday, February 12, 2006, that brings together leading disaster and fire professionals, the insurance and risk modeling industry, government agencies, regulators, researchers, and academics to explore the latest challenges and advances in climate and disaster technology innovation.
The symposium will feature plenary talks from distinguished speakers designed to share insights and ideas and foster exchanges of information that spur solutions towards data driven insurability. Attendees will have the opportunity to engage with thought leaders from across various disciplines, including faculty from University of California (UC) San Diego, UC Irvine, and UC Riverside, all of whom share a commitment to advancing disaster resilience innovations and solutions.
