Collaboration is the foundation upon which the institute and the CALIT2 building itself are constructed. The four-story, 120,000-square-foot building includes state-of-the-art labs, with a number of reconfigurable spaces assigned on a project-by-project basis to encourage new ideas and relationships.
Offices and cubicles can be found on the third and fourth floor, with the director’s office staff located in suites 4100 and 4006. The building has four meetings rooms that each hold up to a dozen people. The first floor auditorium seats 145 comfortably and the adjoining atrium is an ideal space for networking receptions.
CALIT2 seeks to foster a positive, vibrant, collaborative, productive and attractive research environment. For further details, view the CALIT2 Building policies for occupants and users.
