Located on the first floor of the CALIT2 Building adjacent to the main entrance and Atrium, the Auditorium offers state of the art audio visual equipment and theater-style seating for 115 guests. There is also room for overflow seating to accommodate up to 30 additional guests.
The facility boasts an ultra-high-definition Epson 4K projector. The custom-built podium includes a microphone, reading lamp and touch screen panel to seamlessly control presentations.
Three 5-foot tables with seating are available for panel presentations. Two wireless handheld microphones and eight wireless lavalier microphones are available for rental. Auditorium seating includes a compact, flip-up tabletop for laptop use or taking notes. All the rows are lined with power outlets. For internet access, you may utilize the express guest registration. The four-story atrium adjacent to the auditorium is perfect for coffee breaks, receptions, poster sessions, and exhibits. Multiple configurations are available for catering tables, exhibit tables, cocktail tables, stools and easels. Large wall screens allow A/V presentations. A welcoming reception desk and a higher countertop provide more flexibility. Easels and 6-foot banquet tables are available for use in the Atrium.
Note: There is no usage charge for the Atrium when used in conjunction with an Auditorium rental. You must indicate that you need both spaces when submitting your reservation.
